## Failed renders

If a video fails to render, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.

## Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@remakevideoai.com with your order ID.

## Quality issues

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will restore the credits after review.

## How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
