The homepage still shows a labeled 18-second illustrated storyboard. The test site connects to fal, but reviewing real results requires an authorized reference clip and portrait. Model calls use provider credits; identity, cuts and lip-sync are not guaranteed.

### Which photo should I upload?

Use one consenting adult, facing the camera, with the head and shoulders visible in even light. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Avoid groups, sunglasses and heavy filters.

### Is this reference replacement or a newly generated concert?

The candidate route replaces the central lead in a reference video. A new performance generated from a photo is a different route and is not implemented. Multi-person uploads, custom songs and open prompts are outside this version.

### Will the band, face, cuts and lip-sync be exact?

Not established. The current adapter sends the portrait and reference clip to a replacement model. It has no explicit target mask or per-shot identity control. Exact likeness, fixed band members and singing lip-sync are not promised.

### What format, audio and waiting time should I expect?

The local placeholder is silent 540 × 960 MP4, 9:16, exactly 18 seconds. The fal candidate is configured for 480p; actual dimensions, audio, render time and multi-shot continuity remain unverified.

### How much does a video cost?

### What happens if a render fails?

The existing generation system returns the deducted credits to their original credit grants automatically. This does not turn an untested output into a guaranteed likeness.

Use yourself or another consenting adult who is not a celebrity or public figure. Trend links involving public figures do not grant permission to upload their faces or reuse their performances.

### Who owns the reference music and footage?
